These Terms govern your use of earn.cedarsouq.com and participation in the AMFS partner program operated by CedarSouq. By submitting an application or using the AMFS partner app, you agree to these Terms.
Program overview
AMFS partners share referral codes so sellers can register on Cedar Souq. Partners earn commissions based on program rules — not by creating seller accounts inside AMFS. Approved partners use the AMFS mobile app for day-to-day work.
Eligibility & application
You must provide accurate information in your application. We may approve or reject applications at our discretion. Misrepresentation may result in rejection or termination.
Partner responsibilities
You agree to: share your referral code honestly, follow CedarSouq and AMFS policies, comply with applicable laws in Lebanon, and not engage in fraud, spam, or misleading marketing. Seller registration and shop operations happen on Cedar Souq — not on earn.cedarsouq.com.
Commissions & payouts
Commission rates depend on your level and active program configuration. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on seller activity. Payouts are subject to verification, minimum thresholds, and anti-fraud review.
Account & termination
We may suspend or terminate partner access for policy violations, inactivity, or fraud. You may contact support to close your partner account. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
